Province is the name of an administrative division under the national territory. This word is a word from the Dutch levy "Provincie" comes from Latin and was first used in the Roman Empire. They divide their territory over (ranking second of all to presidential rule by the president) "provinciae". The possibility of this word comes from the word "provincia," which means the local authority. Most likely consists of the words "pro" (in front) and "vincia" (connected).
